We are a service organization whose main goal is to provide information and services to students and campus visitors. UTA Bus schedules We also issue bus passes  Newspapers We receive the following newspapers daily and put them on sticks for anyone to take and read: 2 Daily Heralds 2 Salt Lake Tribunes 2 Deseret News' The campus paper , The Daily Universe , can also be picked up at our desk. The newspapers are a service that our area provides for students and campus visitors. Fax Machine We fax documents for students and the public.  We also receive faxes.  Our fax number is 801-422-0650. Campus Events Posters We are responsible for 7 bulletin boards situated throughout the campus for posters involving campus events. Posters must be vertically oriented and can be either 8 1/2 X 11 or 11 X 18. Posters must be for an event sponsored by a BYU Department. The locations for the boards are: MARB - Main floor on east side of building 2 HGB - one on each end of the long hallway TNRB - First floor, vending machine room Helaman Tunnel WSC - directly across the hall from the freight elevators BYU Telephone Operators Posters are put up every Monday and remain posted for one week. Ticket Sales Our area also sells tickets for various campus activities. To have your tickets sold at the Information Desk, you must first speak with Kitty Karr, the Manager over the Information Center to arrange for your sales. Her ext. is 422-3123. Fliers To place fliers on the desk for Patrons to pick up, they must be for events sponsored by a BYU department and be no larger than a quarter sheet.  That's Us!
